  • Mark Pryer – Senior Principal

    Mark Pryer, Senior Principal at Wilkins Solicitors, AylesburyMark is the Senior Principal in charge amongst other matters of the Firm’s financial control.  Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 when he worked at a London firm in the West End for four years.  He joined Wilkins in 1984 and was made a partner in 1986.  Mark has experience in a wide range of litigation, but his particular interests are in family and care proceedings and employment law.   He is an advanced member of the Law Society Family Panel.   Mark has a considerable knowledge of family law, and heads the family department at Wilkins Solicitors LLP.  He is the first to point of contact you should make with the firm if you require advice either on family matters or in relation to your children.

  • Robert Thornton Smith – Managing Principal

    Robert Thornton Smith, Principal at Wilkins Solicitors LLPRobert is the Managing Principal at Wilkins in charge of the firm’s general management and compliance.  After completing a History Degree at Lancaster University and then studying at Chester Law College, Robert was admitted as a solicitor in 1987.  He served his articles in Manchester and then worked in the West End, where he did large scale commercial litigation and personal injury work.  He joined Wilkins in 1990, and initially worked in general litigation but now specialises in civil litigation.  Robert is fully committed to the rights of accident victims, is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel since its inception in 1994 and is a senior litigator with the  Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  He is also experienced in other areas of civil litigation including probate and trust disputes, contractual, partnership and general commercial disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant problems, building and neighbour disputes.  He is a fluent French speaker.

  • Elizabeth Feeney – Principal

    Image of Liz Feeney, Assistant Solicitor at Wilkins SolicitorsElizabeth is a family solicitor who qualified in 1990 and joins us having worked at Woodfines Solicitors in Bedfordshire for 12 years.  Her practice areas include family work, including divorce, financial issues on divorce, children’s issues (mainly private), separation agreements and disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act cases.  She did her training in the West End of London where she undertook amongst other matters several high value financial cases.   She joined Wilkins in February 2012 and is able to advise on all areas of family work.  Elizabeth is an Accredited Member of Resolution.                    Resolution logo with link to Resolution website

  • Paula Hopkins – Senior Solicitor and Head of Probate

She then spent several years working in the private client department of a Milton Keynes firm before joining Wilkins in 2016. She specialises in wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications. She is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Paula prides herself on providing a highly personal and professional service with client care as her primary focus.

    Paula lives locally and has three children who are her priority away from the office, although she finds time to enjoy cycling the Buckinghamshire countryside, reading and music.

  • Nita Odedra – Head of Conveyancing

    Nita qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after completing her training contract at a firm in Northampton. Since then she has worked on residential and commercial property matters.  She has worked in medium sized and small firms in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

    Nita has carried out high net worth transactions as well as having acted for high profile clients. She joined Wilkins Solicitors in October 2016 and is able to advise on all aspects of property law.

  • Arya Roe – Assistant Solicitor

He qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 after completing his training at a firm based in Bedfordshire. He then spent several years working in the family department of a Milton Keynes firm before joining Wilkins in April 2018.

    Arya deals with all aspects of family law including divorce, financial issues on divorce, cohabitation issues, pre and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements and children issues (both private and public law matters).

    He conducts cases himself in Court and also has extensive experience in representing parents, grandparents and family members in child related matters. Arya is passionate about the work he undertakes. His calm and understanding approach enables him to ease our clients through difficult times. Arya is also a member of Resolution.

  • Adrian Wright – Conveyancing Executive

    Adrian Wright, Conveyancing Executive at Wilkins Solicitors LLPAdrian is a conveyancing executive with considerable experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. He joined Wilkins in 2001 after working in Reading for 18 years, and is able to offer assistance with regard to all types of residential property including freeholds, leaseholds, shared equity, mortgages and title issues. Adrian is also a member of a commercial property team and can provide assistance and advice in respect of commercial property acquisitions and sales, and the transfer of businesses associated with the property.

  • Sabrina Ahmed – Solicitor

    Sabrina completed a fast track 2 year LLB at The University of Buckingham and then went straight on to study for an LLM in International and Commercial Law at the same university. She has also completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London.

    Sabrina initially worked for Wilkins as a Paralegal in the Family Department starting in 2014 before Training with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018. Sabrina is now largely assisting in the Probate department but also has experience on a variety of Family Law and Civil Matters (including debt collection and possession proceedings). Sabrina ensures that she provides a highly professional service when dealing with clients.

    She is also able to offer advice to clients whose first language is Potowari, Punjabi and Urdu.

    Sabrina enjoys spending time with family, playing badminton and reading.
